Let’s face it! Acne is a skin illness that could affect any person at any age.  And of course, not all of us can afford those over the counter facial treatments for your acne and those expensive products that tells you and promises you that it will surely help you get rid of nasty acne. It has been a problem to everyone especially girls who are self conscious. Who wants to have acne on their face anyway?

There are many causes of acne and one of this is constipation that is caused by blood impurities. Another cause of it’s an unhealthy diet; if you drink alcohol, coffee or tea a lot and do little or no exercise at all, it will surely cause you acne.

1. Instead of using a regular body wash, use a Sulfur based cleansers. Some soap can change the PH level of our skin which means that it’s very acidic.

2. After cleansing, use tea tree oil liberally. Tee tree oil is a natural anti-bacterial and anti inflammatory. It has many medicine uses and make sure that the product that has this kind of formula must be 5% concentrated. It has proven that it can kill the bacteria without causing dryness.

3. Choose makeup and cosmetics carefully. It’s better to choose a product that has less ingredients to avoid irritation of the skin and some serious problems in the future.

4. Take a good multivitamin supplement to help you reduce the acne that you are suffering. Make sure that it’s recommended by your doctor to make sure that it’s safe.

5. You should have a proper diet. You can eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.

Take those tips and I’m sure you will see changes. It maybe not as fast like an acne laser treatment surgery, but for sure as you do it every day there would be a big difference.
